Iam trying to automate something with the information present on pages

is there a way i can access this information through some REST Api, i am writing a script to automate something , and iam stuck here , i am trying to get information about my licenses and end user licenses , but i can't find rest api that can fetch this information that can give me all kinds of info like

Product:
Name:Instance Name

etc.
Is there a way i can get this
