Labels not longer showing up

Orianis Castillo

Unexpectedly, all the labels were "deleted", they don't appear anymore, there's no activity that reflect that user changed that, but more weird is that other boards in the same workspace have their labels OK, but this board lost them. SOS. HELP. Thanks!

Hi all,

We have determined that the missing labels are the result of unexpected behaviour from the Placker integration.

Luckily, Placker is here to help and is happy to work with you to restore the labels. You can reach their support team at: support@placker.com and CC reinder@placker.com.

Please let us know if you have any other questions, and we'll be happy to help.

All the best,

Hi Orianis,

Thanks for reaching out!

As this relates to sensitive board information, I'll create a support ticket on your behalf so that we can take a closer look.

Keep an eye out for an email from us!

I had the exact same issue. All the labels were gone suddenly - like being deleted. Could you please help? Thank you.

Hi Zhu,

Let me create a support ticket on your behalf as well! Keep an eye out for an email.

Right now, signs are pointing to the Placker Power-Up making those changes.
