Why jira showing single user for two times .

What do your users look like inside the user directory?  Could you show us one of the entries in your screenshots and the lines above and below them?

Is it only one directory?

We are using AD as user directory, can you please share instructions, to resolve it.

What are you using for a user directory?  Crowd, internal, an external directory of some sort (LDAP, AD, etc).  How is that configured, and is there more than one?
