Can someone tell me how to show the default notification red bell icon on the unread card it self?

Orabi_M

For some reason the trello default notification bell icon on the unread cards stopped showing and i seems cant find the reason why " i know you can access the notifications by the bell in the top right corner on the board" but it would be more convenient to just look at the board and see which cards have new notifications without pressing that top corner bell

P.S it was working fine before

Hi Orabi, Welcome to the Atlassian community! I hope you’re enjoying Trello.

To receive notifications of specific actions on a card, you must be watching the card, list, or board where the card is or you have to be a member of the card in question.

Then, you should see the notification on the red bell icon, If you don't see this behavior, could you please submit a new ticket with us and select the option “Report a bug”? It would be very helpful to investigate further and report the bug to our development team if this is the case.

Have a great year ahead.

Hello @Rodolfo Moreira Thanks for replying.

i watched the board and most of the cards. The notification and red bell icon shows if I'm opening the board the minute i close the board and someone comment and i re open the board I'dont get any red bell icon notification on the commented card it self and then if someone commented while I'm on this time. its shows the new notification and all of the sudden the old ones that didn't show starts showing up.

do you think a power up like automation or other one causing the issue?

Because it was working fine before.

G'day, Orabi!

It's possible, and we'd love to assist you in looking into it more.
