Is there a way to limit who can edit a card or list?

We've got resource lists on some of our workflow boards that may need to be edited from time to time, but which will have company wide implications if they are changed. We'd love to make it so that store managers (or board admins?) are the only ones who are capable of editing certain lists. Is this a possible thing?

In general all members except observers under the premium plan would be able to change contents of a card.

Depending on your specific requirements, you can use Hipporello, to build app to host content (hippo fields) and allow access to admin only. However, to ‘protect’ contents such as card names, list names, will require other techniques and resources.
