Issues trying to import Shortcut csv export into jira issues

unknown

I'm working on migrating some stories from shortcut( that we have been using) to JIRA that we are setting up and migrating over to

I've tried different sizes of csv export direct from shortcut and keep getting this error "Cannot attach file unscheduled bugs.csv: Unknown Error:

from the 'bulk create issues importer'

any suggestions?

Thanks in advance

Hi @[deleted],

welcome to the Atlassian Community!

To be honest I don't understand, whether the problem is with the CSV export or import to Jira.

What needs to be done is to prepare CSV file with specific format, so that Jira can import it. More can be found here.
