We are looking for crucible review reports which provide the data in below format
Review Id , Owner, Review Created Date, Reviewer Name, Review Completed Date, Review Closed Dat, No of Comments
What is the way to generate this custom report

Crucible has no built-in report builder for that exact column set, so I would pull it from the REST API and export to CSV yourself. Hit rest-service/reviews-v1/filter/allOpenReviews (or a custom filter) to list reviews, then call reviews-v1/{reviewId}/details for each to get the reviewer names, dates, and comment count.
A simple script from Claude or your preferred tool running these two endpoints provides the Review ID, Owner, created date, reviewers, completed, closed status, and total comments in a single file.
