Why I can´t log in using my password?

Hi, good morning, my boss can´t get in into his account using his account and his password, it says something about migrating into different page of something like that, we are trying to reset the password but the email that he used is not longer available, the account is: rafael.lizarraga@kingu.mx, can you please help us...

If you were trying to reach Trello support then you can do so here: https://trello.com/en/contact#/

 

And then scroll to the bottom of the page and choose the following options.
