Connecting Trello and MS teams

Hello,

We're working on moving a multi-step process (worked on by 3 teams, each with multiple members) from a Teams Channel to a Trello board. The aim is to give us more overview.

Our challenge here is getting the right notifications to the right people. Currently, anything we try either results in no notifications (by unfollowing the board and turning off connectors), or too much of them (everyone receives every notification). Ideally we'd like to only get a notification from Trello to Teams when we tag a user in Trello.

Is there a way we can set this up?

Hi Saskia, welcome to the community!

I don't believe we have anything that granular to modify when it comes to notifications. We do have an article that talks about notifications more in-depth: [https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/receiving-trello-notifications/]

We already had other users asking the same, so I'm happy to pass your suggestions on to our team for consideration. The more people asking, the more traction we get.
