Newbie with a question about Power-Up, BIGPICTURE

Hello Everyone!

I found a nice Power-Up that seems perfect for organizing multiple projects. The Power-Up is BigPicture, sadly I can ADD it and it appears at the top of my board, but it doesn't fully load. When I click on the BigPicture Tab to open it says my Administrator needs to approve it. However, the Administrator has done that and still doesn't open for me. Anyone ever have this happen?

@Natasha Vassallo Have you tried removing it and having the administrator add it to see if that gets around the approval issue? You can also submit a support issue to the vendor here https://jira.bigpicture.one/servicedesk/customer/user/login?destination=plugins/servlet/desk/portal/1

Yes, I removed it but immediately reinstalled it. Are you suggesting removing it and allowing it to stay until the administrator adds it back?

Yes, the vendor has responded and it did not resolve the issue.

Yes, you uninstall and have the administrator install it.
