How do I trouble shoot members posts not showing up on a board?

I am using the free version of Trello currently and we have 7 members and 2 admins. One of our members (the newest member) cards are not showing up when he posts them. It shows that he posted the card on his phone but on my side, phone or computer, I am not seeing it. Everyone else's entries are showing up just fine. What is going on?

Josh, it could be that you have filtering set up. You might want to remove the filter. https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/filtering-for-cards-on-a-board/
