Possible problem with a mission / badge

Jira SM helper is not updating for me (and blocking the second related)

Although I have an accepted answer for Jira Service Management it didn't count.

Does anyone know how to solve it?

I would have no more specific hints than to try it in a private browsing session window or with a different browser after you freshly log in. Maybe that helps already?
