Config notification email on bamboo is error

Dear Bamboo Support,

i have config sent to email on bamboo but error. please help to check.

What email settings should Bamboo use?. Enter either a SMTP server hostname, or the JNDI location of a javax.mail.Session object to use.

The mail settings you entered were not valid. Error thrown was: com.sun.mail.smtp.SMTPSendFailedException: 530 5.7.0 Must issue a STARTTLS command first. z11-20020a1709027e8b00b0017541cd9135sm1513391pla.125 - gsmtp
