Hi there,

I have been using trello for almost 5 years on their free plan but have been receiving emails about different plan options. Am I grandfathered in or do I have to transition to a new plan?

There are no intentions to remove Trello's free plan in the foreseeable future, so you’re all set! You are free to unsubscribe from our marketing emails if you'd like. To do that, it'll be at the bottom of the message and you can use that to unsubscribe from that type of message moving forward.
