I would like to remove or disable the archive all cards or archive list buttons on my boards to prevent employees from using this feature, how could I do this?

Well, Trello is designed to be a collaborative experience. Are you trying to achieve this on one Trello board only? Or do you need a generic feature across all your boards?
Thanks Rafael! This would not suffice as the users still need to do basic functions and updates, just not archive cards and lists. Appreciate the help!
This would need to be across the workspace. Is there any functionality to see that if a card/list was not archived by a specific user to "undo" the archive perhaps?
