I have one user who can log into Crowd just fine, but not any of the other applications. They are unable to log into Jira; it keeps saying the username and/or password is incorrect. They can't log into Confluence, because it keeps saying the credentials are incorrect, and seemingly sending them into a loop with the CAPTCHA. They are also unable to log into Bitbucket for the same reason.
It keeps doing this no matter how many times we've sent them a password reset link or manually reset the password ourselves. I've looked through the logs and don't see anything that might help. They are also in all of the correct groups in Crowd. Nothing is working; do we have to delete their account and make them a new one? Are there any other suggestions for things to try before resorting to that?
