Rules for participation, respect for people, and and and... / Rich Text format, run flat tyre, and and and. In the tech world, you probably want "request for proposal", and although Rich text format is the main answer in a technical context, when it is mentioned with RFP, it's probably "request for tender"

This the whole reason TLAs should always be avoided - they are obfuscation and unclear. Don't use them, they're bad communication.
