In Fisheye, can I see commits on a repo filtered by user(s) or usergroup?

Hello!

I'm getting acquainted with Fisheye and couldn't find a way to do the following:

1. Open a repository view.
2. Filter the commit list by some usergroup.

We have a few teams working out of the same general repo and it would be useful for one group to quickly filter out the noise from other projects and see what's most pertinent for them.

Is this possible within Fisheye, or is it generally recommended that this type of operation is managed through the activity stream in Jira?

Hi Tedd,

Currently you can filter the activity by one committer at a time in the Activity Stream through the button "Filter commits". In order to check further information about this, please take a look at the Viewing the Changelog document.

I think that maybe the FishEye search might also help you finding what you want, as there you are able to filter by more than one committer. Please take a look at Searching FishEye to have more information about the search feature.

Either way, there is already an improvement request at Atlassian's issue tracker requesting the possibility of filtering the activity by groups of users that you can check at https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/FE-5037

I would suggest adding any comments to the issue above as well as [voting|https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Watching+and+Voting+on+an+Issue] on the issue to create it's popularity and likelihood of being implemented in a future release.
