How to create a rule to archive an old card if a new one is created with the same name

Question

I've seen a couple work arounds for archiving a new card if it has the same name as an old one- but I want to delete the old one. If a new card is being added, it has the most current information, as well as everything that was on the original card I'd like to delete the original.
