Keyword search not working

Mairi Nixon

I had a board guest change their username and now all of the comments mentioning them now read [deleted account].

I tried to search for "[deleted account]" in both filter and search, but nothing came up. How do I filter the board for cards with comments that mention "[deleted account]"?

Hi Mairi
I tried to reproduce your report, but I couldn't.
Could you open a ticket? We will need details like the card link and your account to find out.
