The board we have a board that needs to be deleted but the creator of the board has since left our company and deleted her Trello account. Can we please have this board deleted?

Who is your Trello Admin? Your Trello Admin should be able to delete the board. https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/deleting-a-board/
