How to get an username that triggered a Butler command which opens a new card

Question

I have created a Butler command that automatically converts items to cards when they are added to the checklist. I want to record the user who added the item as the creator of the newly created card.
In order to do this, I am using the {username} variable and setting it to a custom field, but I am getting the username of the user who created the Butler rule.
I understand that the creator of the rule is the one who executes the command, but isn't that different from the user who triggered the command? How can I get the user who triggered the command?

The rule is:

When an item is added to checklist "Child-cards", convert the item to a linked card, and set custom field "Creator" to "{username}"

I am also experiencing something similar for a rule we want to show who triggered the command. When I trigger it, the rule works well. When another team member triggers it (person A), the result shows a different team member (person B)  as the person who triggered it. Can you please help us solve this? Thank you!

The custom field type is "Text".
I am also getting the user who triggered the command with {username} in other commands without any problem. So I am very puzzled with this result.

Hi @M.Ito ! According to this doc, {username} is the person who triggers the command as you said. I tested it out on my end, and the custom field is always populated with the person who triggered the command, not the user who set up the rule. It's strange how you're experiencing a different result 🤔 what type of custom field are you using?
