I copied a board (I thought) and made changes to it. Now I can't find the original board. Is there a way to recover it or go back to the original board?

1st question:
Do you have cleard the history and cooking recently? If yes, your old board is in your Work Area ‐ If no, 2nd question:
Did you close it and confirm to delete it? If no, you can re open it ‐ If yes, the old board is definitely deleted
