OPSGENIE INTEGRATION ERROR

Hello,

I am using the FREE Jira Service Management(JSM) cloud and looking to test the OPSGENIE integration feature, however I keep receiving the attached error.

Can anyone please advise if it's possible to test the OPSGENIE alerts on the free version of JSM?

If so, kindly advise of instructions that I can follow in receiving SMS alerts. Thank you.

Hi @Carter ,

The JSM integration is not included with the Free plan. JSM (and others) are considered an outgoing integration - meaning alerts / actions can be sent from Opsgenie to other systems. And outgoing integrations are not included with Free plans at this time.
