When create insights, Chrome Extension doesn't work:
I input an existed idea, but the text area is always loading, so I can't add the insight successfully.
@dangbingyao are you still getting this issue today? does it work if you wait for a longer time? Thanks

Hi @dangbingyao , does it load the issues when you try to select another project?Can you maybe share with us some data from the chrome developer tools for the extension?
To open the dev tools for the extension you need to go to "Manage extensions" or simply enter chrome://extenstions in the browser address bar, then find the Jira Product Discovery extension and click on 'Inspect views background page'This opens up the dev tools window and it would be very helpful if you could share with us the requests that are visible in the network tab after you tried to select the idea again.We can also jump on a video call next week if you prefer that.
