Hi, is it possible to send personalized sms to customers?

If you are familiar their api, you can use http request from with Trello Automation...this is not SMS via but whatsapp via Maytapi...concept is the same.

Hi @Ada Doria, not natively from Trello, no. You'd need to integrate with a third-party service that has that capability, like Zapier.
