This might be basic, but how I do get Trello to send me reminders for due dates?

Due dates from cards or checklists?

We have so many boards that function differently, so a card might have a due date on one, and then we might have an item from a checklist on a card with a due date. However, we don't get a reminder or notification that this is due. Is there a powerup that we need to add to get this additional feature? Or am I missing something simple?

@Alejandro Tejada as mentioned above, Trello's default notifications include due date reminders, but not checklist item due date reminders.

@Alejandro Tejada each member would just need to go into the board settings and select the option to watch the board.
