That looks like a credit - there is a minus sign in front of the dollar amount. I think you probably deactivated a user maybe and then you received a partial credit for the remainder of when you paid for them.
It could also be that you added someone and you already had a yearly subscription, so you were charged for the remainder of the year after you added them to your subscription.
