Someone shared a link for me to include somewhere else: Which URL should I use?

Hi Trello!

I have a question about URLs shared to Trello boards:

A member of one of my boards has shared a URL that I'll be embedding in another location online.
There are two resulting URLs, depending on whether I: 

Open Link in New Tab
https://circaworks.com/request-demo/?utm_source=Sponsorship&utm_medium=Website&utm_campaign=Sponsorship+-+SHRM+%28Diversity%29%3A+2022

or

Copy Link Address

https://p.circaworks.com/l/911072/2022-04-05/3cws9

For the purposes of pasting and embedding on another web page, is there a reason(s) I should select one over the other? Said differently, which one should I select, and why?
