ST Subrepos

Hey,

It would be great to have support for subrepos (.hgsub) and be able to add/remove them, pull changes (update), some basic support in the left pane of repository window.

Full support for subrepos (and submodules in Git) is in the pipeline for 1.3, it's already well on the way
