Trello muito lento

Américo Gouveia

Boa Tarde

Agradeço a vossa ajuda.

Hey @Américo Gouveia - can you answer the following questions so we can see where your performance issues lie?

• Is this issue isolated to one or two boards or all of them?
• If the former, can you send us the URLs of the boards running slow?
• Are you using the web app or the desktop app?
  • If you're using web, can you try using Trello on an incognito tab and see if that helps?
  • If you're using desktop, are you on Windows or Apple? What exact OS are you running (e.g. Windows 10)?
• What computer do you have?
• What are your current internet speeds - if you could do an internet speed test and send your results (upload and download speeds) that would be helpful!

If you'd rather send this through privately, you can do so at https://trello.com/contact
