Bamboo will not start after failed upgrade and reboot

After working with Atlassian support engineers it is looking like we are not going to be able to get our application in a runnable state. Is it possible to go in the backdoor to recover the following:

• Plan Configuration/Build configuration
• Deployment project configuration

 

We have some code (shell script/git commands) in these configuration stages/tasks. We are looking to get this code to help us redo the configuration on a new fresh install of the bamboo server.

Good to see you again. Ideally, it would be important to reach out to Atlassian Support so we can walk you through the required steps to find your plan details. This can't be done here due to privacy concerns.
