Hi,
I'm in the following, I guess rather unique situation:
- I have to write VB6 code for maintenance of a legacy application.
- VB6 won't install on any OS > Win 7.
- So I have a Win 7 VM on a Win 10 host with VB6 installed.
- With regard to security, I am not allowed to have an internet connection on this VM. I am allowed to have shared folders with the host, that does have an internet connection.
If I install Sourcetree on the host, I can get everything working the way I want to - connect to remote repositories et cetera.
The challenge is to replicate this functioning Sourcetree on the VM. I am able to install it, now I want to connect to my repositories. Is this possible? By means of shared folders between the host and the VM perhaps?
Thanks in advance!
