Tried to solve it by removing the SourceTree Application folder and by reinstalling. That didn't help.
However, it was resolved by deleting the SourceTree application including all local data (see e.g. https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Sourcetree-questions/How-to-completely-uninstall-remove-Sourcetree-from-macos/qaq-p/830398).
So problem is most likely in the local preferences data.
A full reinstall worked for me, only thing I had to do is to reconfigure my preferences and add all GIT repositories from scratch.
Same Problem here, both with Sourcetree version 4.1.6 and 4.1.7 on macOS 12.3.1Trying to open any repository immediately crashes the app.
