Run branch/plan with different build configurations

Is it possible to run Bamboo with different build configurations?
We have a Main branch and several feature branches, and we want to build them with different configurations.
This is mainly regarding tests, which being created on feature branches and then delivered to Main.
E.g.

Main

Job1
Job2

ft-sdsdsd

Job1
Job3

ft-wsws

Job1

Actual Usage:

Main

Build Job
Test1 Job

ft-120

Build Job
Test1 Job
Test2 Job

ft-121

Build Job
Test3 Job

No, it's not possible. Branches inherit build configuration from master, there are very few things that can be modified or overridden. You cannot create new Jobs or Tasks in Branches.

Or do we have to implement this manually using branch-detection and plan-cloning.
