Issue: Requesting card to check trigger condition(s)

Question

I'm using the premium version of Trello, and I was wondering why my command won't run and comes out with this prompt: Requesting card to check trigger condition(s).

What does that mean exactly?

This is the command:

when custom field "Status" is set to "For Approval" in a card with custom field "Category" set to "LP Loan", move the card to the top of list "For Approval", and send an email notification to "(hid this for secury reasons)" with subject "Laptop Loan for Approval" and message "Hi!

This is to inform you that there is a Laptop Loan request pending for your approval. Please view the board to go over the contract and approve or decline as needed.

Thank you.".

it will work for cards that have the cf Status set when you set Status CF

Ok, I see! It works now, but my question is, should all the cards have the category set before activating the rule?

Or would it continue to work even with newly added cards?
