How do I remove a board from a free workspace when I don't have 'close board' in the menu

I have tried to close a board from a free workspace. I do not have 'close board' (see below). How do I obtain access to complete this task?

Seems like you're maybe not an admin of that board? You need to be a board admin to close the board.
