Missing Field: Set up time in checklist to do's (on the computer)

Hello all,
I have the following problem: When I set a due date in my Trello cards in the checklist (on the laptop), this due date is automatically set to 18:00. Unfortunately, I have no way to adjust the time on the laptop in different browsers (Safari, Chrome). Only when I go into the checklist in the app on the phone can I adjust the time, as there is the corresponding field for this, which is missing on the laptop.

Can you please help me further why this function does not work on the laptop?

While the item due date field is maintained internally as date-time, due dates on items are intended only to be a date value. Note also there is no notification for item due date. A workaround for notification is required.
