After upgrading to Crucible 4.2, the Blame column is "off" by default. We prefer the older behavior of having it shown without having to click an extra button. Is this possible?
Due to performance reasons (which affected most of users), blame info is loaded on-demand and there is no option to load it without clicking blame button.
