How to filter cards that were updated recently?

Question

Instead of looping through thousands of cards, I would like to get the cards that have been updated recently.

How can I extract this information based on a specified date or a date range? Let's say that I ran an ETL on 2/7/22 and extracted information for cards A, B, and C.  I then decide to run the ETL again on 2/14/22.  If cards A, B, C have no new activity in the past week, I don't want to query those cards.  I only want to query the cards that were changed after my last ETL run.

Try Dashcard to see if allows you to do that. I am aware there is a filter for last modified.
