I want to link 2 Google Drive account in 2 different boards, but when I link one account, in the other board it overwrite.

I'm afraid that is not possible- You'd not be able to link two different google drive accounts on different boards in a Trello workspace. Do let me know if you've more questions. I'd be happy to help
