What do the various color codes on files in a review mean?

I had developers ask me what the various color codes mean on the source files that are added to a Crucible review. I can see that red files are the ones that have been deleted. But what are the other colors available and what do they mean? (ie. orange, green)

I think it actually reflects the state of the review for the logged in user, similar to the Changeset color key:

Colour Key Colour State
dark green reviewed
light green in review
red not reviewed

Within the source code, you have these colors:

• lines have been added - green highlights
• lines have been removed - red highlights
• Grey highlights indicate that a line's internal content has changed.
