the board had 2 admins: me and my partner. Emmanuelle left the board and now the board is lost. Neither me or her have access to this board worked from 2018! Please, help me

When someone leaves a board, it doesn’t get deleted. Did your partner actually delete the board? If so there is no recovery.
You might want to try to email support at Trello.com/contact with the url to the board.
