This means you have set up some automation rules, which are running on certain actions or on schedule, and Trello is telling you that you are using 250 a month. There is a limit on how many you can run, depending on what level of subscription you have.
Go to one of the boards in the workspace and look towards the top right of board, you should see a button for "automation" there, click on that to see what has been set up.
