How can I check what consumes the pooled command quota of a standard plan?

Trello's standard plan has a 1000 commands quota, which I thought it's fine to my small team. Now it's running out faster than I expected. As the "Usage Log" only shows the command I triggered, how could I look into it instead of asking every member to check their usage log page?

I've taken a look at this for you and Trello recommends that users check their Butler quotas in the Butler directory, on the Account tab. I fear this is what you've already tried. 

If so, my recommendation is to ask your team to submit their quota usage so you can understand where the heaviest usages are.
