Please fix the Github 2FA connection

Please fix the Github 2FA connection.

As it is it is not working.

I have been using SW for decades and this is simply not working.

Here is what you should have.

Connect to Github.

If some old connection is available somewhere in Sourcetree infrastructure and it is not working ASK ME TO FULLY RESET IT using the Github 2FA.

DO NOT just assume that what "is there" is stil working.

You're going to need to explain this a bit more.  

My Sourcetree is working fine with Github 2FA, so there appears to be nothing to fix.  What have you set up differently to me?   Could you explain what you have set up, what is going wrong, and what change you made that stopped it working?
