Lables not showing on trello mobile app.

Question

I just added the trello app to my phone and logged in (I have been a user for years I only just added it to my phone) but my board is not showing any lables on my cards and when I click on a card to add labels it doesn't show any of my already made lables, it only prompts me to make a new label. Everything else is showing correctly.

HI @Ollie McCarthy 👋

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with the Trello app, it sounds like a possible bug/glitch. My recommendation would be to raise a ticket directly with Trello support as they'll be able to look into this further for you.

You can raise a support ticket here >> https://trello.com/en-GB/contact

I hope this helps but if you have any more questions just ask away 😃

All the best,

Laura
