where can I get a good tutorial on bamboo?

Hi,

 

I'm trying to configure bamboo since 3 days, and unfortunately, it is not working in build process.

but I cannot find any good tuto online.

 

I'm disappointed, and I want to try jenkins if I cannot find help .
