Everything worked fine yesterday, but from today our elastic agents aren't starting up. The output in the bamboo agent log file is:

I don't think there is an issue with our AWS credentials (they haven't changed since yesterday when everything was working), and as far as i'm aware they are irrelevant for this operation anyway.
We also can't access this url either from aws command line (with other credentials) or via the browser.
Have these files been removed from S3? If so can they be reinstated, or if not is there a workaround to tell bamboo to skip this sync and just use the files that are already on the instance? (or point it at our own s3 bucket or something?) not sure exactly what it syncs from there...
Help greatly appreciated!
