Can I create a duplicate card from one board into another synced?

I have a board with a list per client and in the list are all their jobs, I use the colour code to indicate who is working on it and the priority is by how they appear on the list, top is first priority.

However, I'd like to start sharing this information and tracking with my clients. so I'm trying to work out the best way to do this, so they only see their information.

If I create a board per client and set up their job cards in there can I link and sync with my summary board?

OR can I share only a list with a client keeping the rest of the board private?

Hi Justina! Welcome to the community at the moment, Trello doesn't offer any native options for syncing cards or sharing only specific cards in a board. However, there are definitely ways to achieve what you want using add-ons!

1. Use the External Share Power-Up. This allows you to share specific cards with your clients, and gives them a read-only view. It's a cheaper option, but doesn't allow your clients to make changes to their external view - so they won't be able to make comments on the cards, create cards, etc. 

2. Use Unito's Board Sync Power-Up. The idea would be to have a master internal board for yourself, and then you would create a board per client. Unito would then allow you to connect your master board to each individual client board. You can then setup rules so cards auto-sync to the correct board from your master (e.g. all cards with the "Client A" label sync to the "Client A" board). You can make it a one-way sync, or bi-directional if you want to enable your clients to push requests to your internal master board. Happy to help if you want to learn more about this option
